Patients frequently ask why their eyes water. The answer usually surprises them. Watery eyes are a common symptom of dryness.  Our eyes will overcompensate for poor quality tears & will often end up tearing excessively.  Other symptoms may include: itchy, burning, and gritty eyes as well as blurred vision and reduced contact lens comfort.

There are many options for the treatment of dry eyes, what works for one person may not work for another.
