Our Exclusive Warranty is very simple and it is the best in the business... it hasn't changed since 1998 when SouthWest Vision was founded.

Frames are covered for two years. If your frame breaks for any reason, loses its ability to hold your lenses or loses its ability to fit your face, we will replace it for free--as often as needed. The reason? Our frames are carefully selected from the best manufacturers on the planet.

Lenses are covered for life. Your lenses come with Crizal's latest anti-glare coating. If they scratch for any reason, we will replace them for free--every time you ask us, forever. The reason? Crizal's coatings are nearly as hard as glass to scratch. The only limitation? We must use the same frame and the same prescription. We will only end the warranty if your vision changes enough to make your vision illegal for driving.

Why do we do this when our hope is that you will want to buy new glasses every year? We sell the best eyewear you can find, and we do very little warranty work because of it.
