Our Favorites: Rudy Project and Maui Jim 

 We have chosen Rudy Project and Maui Jim as "best of show" in our office for their exceptional optics.  We have yet to find another manufacturer who can match the quality of their lenses and our entire staff have personal pairs from both Rudy Project and Maui Jim.  Consider why:

  • Thin and light polarized glass (Maui Jim)
  • Clean polarized polycarbonate (difficult to find--both Rudy Project and Maui Jim have done it!)
  • ImpactX from Rudy Project is a new impact resistant material with cleaner optics than polycarbonate.  It is available in Polarized AND Photochromic (cuts glare and darkens in bright sun--a very rare combination!)
  • Premium Anti-glare coated rear lenses
  • Excellent bi-gradient mirrored fronts by Maui Jim; and a wide array of mirror colors and options that are difficult to scratch and carry warranty for life by Rudy Project.
  • an exceptional complement of lens colors to meet the technical requirements of YOUR individual sport!
  • Can be Rx'd in most frames.
  • Most lens for the money!! (if we had our lab attempt to duplicate either company's lenses, the price would be significantly higher than Maui's or Rudy's suggested retail.
